Personalised & Custom-Made Items – Refund Policy

All personalised and custom-made products are created specifically to your order and are therefore final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for personalised items due to:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size or colour selection

  • spelling, wording, or design details entered by the customer at the time of purchase

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are correct before completing checkout. We produce items exactly as submitted.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, refunds or replacements will be provided if an item:

  • arrives damaged or faulty,

  • is significantly different from its description, or

  • contains an error caused by us.

If you believe your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
